The Non-Admitted Reinsurance Reform Act (NRRA)

Please join Lexington Insurance Company and the Insurance Brokers Association of New York (IBANY) on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST for an informative webcast on the Non-Admitted and Reinsurance Reform Act (NRRA).

Focusing on the informational needs of underwriters and technical personnel from retail and wholesale surplus lines brokers, this event will explore and explain basic issues such as determining an insured’s "home state", and whether an insured is an "Exempt Commercial Purchaser" and an overview of the current status of the responses to NRRA taken by the various states.
